Return request must be made by responding to the email you recieved when order was delivered. You must bring the item to our location and put into our return box outside the back door. Your refund will be processed in the way you have paid within 24 hours. You can also choose to book an exchange appointment to trade the item for another.
Returns must be shipped back at your expense within 3 days of receiving order, please email us to let us know you will be returning items. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned items. Shipping amounts are non refundable.
