This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver online orders placed through our website.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time
We do our best to process online orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually be processed on the next business day. Orders placed over a long weekend will usually be processed on the following Tuesday.
During busy sale periods, holidays, weather delays, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted Canadian shipping carriers, which may include:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • Other available carriers, when needed

The shipping carrier may depend on your location, the size of the package, shipping cost, and available delivery options.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery location, package size, weight, and available shipping options.
Any available free shipping offers will be shown on our website or at checkout.

Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery to:

  • Medicine Hat
  • Redcliff
  • Dunmore

Local delivery is available for eligible orders and addresses within our delivery area.
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and any special instructions are correct at checkout.
If we are unable to complete a local delivery due to incorrect information, unsafe access, weather, locked buildings, pets, or other delivery issues, we may contact you to arrange another option.

In-Store Pickup
If in-store pickup is available at checkout, you may choose to pick up your order at the listed store location.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation or identification when picking up your order.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be returned to inventory, cancelled, or handled at our discretion.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package has been picked up or dropped off.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
DYL Fashions / DYL Thrift is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you with the information available to us.
DYL Fashions / DYL Thrift is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damaged package and item so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

One-of-a-Kind Items
Most of our items are preloved, vintage, donated, thrifted, or one-of-a-kind.
Because of this, if an item is lost or damaged in shipping, we may not be able to replace it with the same item.
Any refunds, store credits, or solutions will be handled according to our policies and the specific situation.
