Beautiful vintage Art Deco style dress clip or brooch featuring a triangular silver-tone frame with clear rhinestone accents and an ornate floral scroll centre. The piece has an openwork design with lots of sparkle and a hinged clip on the back, making it wearable on a neckline, lapel, scarf, collar, or dress.
